Calling U.S. 'newest tax haven' is 'saber rattling', 'emotional'

Cyrus Daftary of Markit|CTI, considered a leading authority on the question, disagrees with the assertion that the United States is the newest tax haven, and told Guardian Business the noise to that effect in the market is "a lot of saber rattling and folks being emotional".
